Pressure Cooked Spaghetti Bolognaise
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500g Beef Mince
- 500g Tomato Passata
- 50g Tomato Puree
- 3 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Beef Oxo Cubes
- 1 Large Diced Onion
- Splash of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic paste / crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cooked Spaghetti, or other pasta shape
- Grated Parmesan or Cheddar
Method:
- STEP 1
Add the olive oil to a pan, and add the chopped onions until softened.
- STEP 2
Once onions have softened, add the beef mince and garlic paste/crushed garlic, and cook until browned, regularly moving around the pan.
- STEP 3
Transfer ingredients to pressure cooker, and add passata, tinned tomatoes, crushed OXO cubes, mixed herbs, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper, and cook for 30 minutes on "Meat" setting or equivalent.
- STEP 4
Whilst bolognaise sauce is cooking, prepare pasta. Once bolognaise sauce is cooked, add to cooked pasta and top with cheese
